- Military Commands
- =================
- [A]ttack enemy region: you must be at war with the controlling nation, and you
- only get 1 attack every month. Your fleet must outnumber the enemy by
- at least 2-1 after the naval conflict for a mainland attack. In addition, the
- preparations for any attack use up commodities according to the following
- table:
- AGR ENE MET NON IND TEC
- === === === === === ===
- each 2500 troops 2 1 0 1 0 0
- each 5 tanks 0 1 1 2 3 1
- each 5 planes 0 2 1 3 3 1
- each 5 ships 0 3 2 5 4 1
- [B]uild weapons: allows you to increase your forces according to the following
- cost table:
- MET NON IND TEC Money (millions of $)
- === === === === =====
- each tank 4 2 5 7 1
- each plane 4 3 7 10 1
- each ship 12 10 13 9 2
- (all commodities are taken from the national stockpile)
- [D]estroy weapons: I put in this command in case anyone ever makes any arms
- control treaties or limits or anything like that. Probably a pipe dream.
- However, it is possible to salvage half of the commodities that went into
- the production of the weapons in their creation with this command.
- [E]mbargo: sets embargo levels on other nations.
- attack embargoing [N]avies: take them on one at a time.
- [Q]uit to main menu
- air[S]trike: allows you to bomb the population or economy of a region you're
- at war with.
- change [T]roop size: allows you to funnel men from region to army and back.
- [V]iew military: parades all of your forces down the screen.
-
- ** Note: Keeping a standing army is rather an expensive process, and costs
- the following each month:
- Each soldier: $50
- Each tank: $1000
- Each plane: $3000
- Each ship: $8000
